Free Shipping within the Continental and Contiguous U.S.
We offer free standard service shipping to destinations in the US where ground shipping is available. This discount is automatically taken at checkout. No promo code necessary. During a Free Shipping promotion, the discount is only eligible for Ground shipping to destinations in the US where Ground shipping is available. In accordance with our return policy, a free shipping label will be included with your shipment. If needed, a free ground shipping label for return service may be obtained online or by contacting customer service.
**Carrier charges will apply to expedited services.
Domestic Shipping Estimates and Holiday Deadlines
Ground: Delivery after 2-14 business days in transit*
3-Day Select: Delivery 3 business days in transit*
Second Day Air: Delivery after 2 business days in transit*
Next Day Air: Delivery after 1 business day in transit*
*Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. The day an order is placed or fulfilled does not count as transit day. Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for order processing in most cases.
**Delivery times are approximate for delivery to most US States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees of order delivery dates.
Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes will ship via USPS, FedEx SmartPost or UPS SurePost. This shipping method is an economy, residential, ground service combining the Fedex or UPS Ground network with final delivery provided by the U.S. Postal Service. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping methods.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping and USPS shipping to U.S. military address - APO, DPO, and FPO. Please expect orders to be processed within 1-2 business days and anticipate approximately 7 to 14 days of shipping time. If you are having difficulty placing an international order or have any additional questions our customer service team would be happy to assist you via email or message to customerservice@statusco.co.
Please be advised that shipping will not be available in certain countries with import restrictions or prohibitions on leather goods.
United States APO, DPO, FPO
Please note that orders sent to APO, DPO, FPO military address are shipped via USPS and delivery may take up to three weeks.
** Free shipping is not offered for international orders. Customer is responsible for all customs / duty fees
Please Note:
Due to unforeseen weather conditions or peak volume times, we may experience unavoidable delays in package delivery. While we make every attempt to ship your order in a timely manner, we do not have control over the final delivery date of your package. We will only refund shipping charges on orders if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was damaged. We are not responsible for delays in the delivery network.
**UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

If your order was placed before our shipping cut off time of 2pm EST on normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding company holidays), it may be shipped the same day. We will make every effort to ship your order within one to three business days, but we cannot guarantee that orders will ship within one business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery and we do not ship orders on Saturdays. Sundays, or holidays. If you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, we strongly advise you to select an air or express service for your shipping method, such as Next Day Air or Second Day Air. Ground and 3rd Day. Select service shipments may experience additional delivery delays and UPS and FedEX does not guarantee the delivery date for Ground service.
Shipping costs are provided directly from USPS, UPS.com / FedEx and are based on a number of factors, including the service type, delivery location, distance from the shipping location, and dimensional weight of the package. UPS / FedEx calculates dimensional weight by assessing the weight of the package contents and the size of the package.
