To Complete A Return Or Exchange An Item:
To complete a return or exchange of an item, simply email us at StatusCo.email@example.com subject line: return or exchange
Send us the items in the original packaging to the address below. We suggest you use USPS Priority Mail or a carrier that provides tracking, as Status Co. is not responsible for lost shipments.

If we've sent you an incorrect or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact StatusCo.firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days along with a photo of the damaged, or wrong item you received, as well as your order number. Item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. We’re happy to assist you.
Our bags are designed to last. We guarantee our leather products for one year under normal use. If your products shows a defect, we will try to help you the best we can. Please send us an email: StatusCo.email@example.com
Please include a few photos of the issues so we can get back to you with a solution.
Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department, and the original price of the item(s) to be credited back to your original form of payment.
Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge.
